Shipping policy
- PlayOn products are shipped from our warehouse in the UK on business days.
- Business days are Monday to Friday.
- Bank Holidays are not counted as business days, the warehouse will be closed.
- Once we have your order and payment, dispatch will be within same business day for orders received before 1pm, next day for orders received after 1pm.
- Delivery will be from 1 to 3 business days, after dispatch.
- Standard delivery is Second Class. This is charged at £1.50 for orders under £20, for orders above £20 delivery is free. Royal Mail expectation is delivery will be 2 to 3 days after pick up from the warehouse
- We offer a tracked 48 Hour Royal Mail service which is charged at £3.00 . Please note that we only ship on business days, and that the 48 Hour service is from dispatch (so if an order is placed after 1 pm, it will be processed and sent the next day)
- We offer a tracked 24 Hour Royal Mail service which is charged at £4.50, if an order is received after 1pm, dispatch will be the next day.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that these times will be strictly adhered to, we are dependent on Royal Mail services.
- All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail
- If you need to amend an order, that may be possible if you contact us on care@playon.london within an hour of the original order. We cannot guarantee this will be possible
