Refund policy

RETURNS

- Returns must be within 30 days of dispatch.

- The pants must be unused and in the original packaging.

- The first pair free satisfaction guarantee can only be used once at each address/customer. 

- PlayOn Ltd reserves the right to suspend the policy at any time and for any reason.  Only one refund per customer and/or address will be given.

- The refund will be for the cost of the pants.  If one pair is bought, the £1.50 postage charge will not be refunded.

- To process a return email us at care@playon.london and we will authorise the return and provide the returns address

- Before we process a refund/exchange, we will inspect the pants to ensure that they are unopened and unworn

- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
